Interested in ICW Opportunities at ASCPT 2025?
Organizations, corporations, educational institutions, individuals, and other entities wishing to hold a meeting or event that is related to clinical pharmacology or translational science and/or includes ASCPT Annual Meeting attendees and takes place anywhere within National Harbor, Maryland between Tuesday, May 27 – Saturday, May 31, 2025, must apply for an ICW meeting/event and comply with ASCPT ICW Guidelines.

All proposed events must be submitted to and approved by ASCPT before any arrangements being made for the ICW, including reserving space within the host hotel, Gaylord National.
