Dr. Manav Jain, MBBS, MD, is a physician and clinical pharmacologist by training. As a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics at the University of Utah, he has led and contributed to a range of modeling and simulation projects addressing clinically relevant dosing challenges. His work includes model development and validation for drugs such as voriconazole, amiloride, atropine, and vancomycin across both pediatric and adult populations. He is proficient in pharmacometric tools including NONMEM, Monolix, and WinNonlin, as well as advanced statistical methods such as Bayesian inference. With clinical experience in intensive care settings, Dr. Jain integrates real-world insights into quantitative research and trial design. He has also led systematic reviews, coordinated clinical trials, and contributed to regulatory documentation.
