Babajide is a motivated young scientist passionate about applying quantitative methods to drug development and improving healthcare outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he specialized in statistical and computational methods at the Translational Pharmacokinetic Research Group.
With a strong foundation in pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, and pharmacokinetics, Babajide brings an analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit to his work in pharmacometrics. He is skilled in programing tools such as R, Pumas, and JavaScript.
He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Center for Translational Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. His research focuses on applying quantitative methods—including non-compartmental analysis, population pharmacokinetics, and PK/PD modeling and simulations—to solve complex challenges in drug development and clinical care.
