Dr. Abeer M. Rababa’h is a clinical pharmacologist and pharmacometrician with an experience in drug development, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and model-informed drug development (MIDD). She currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacology Researcher at the Mayo Clinic, where she leads pharmacometric analyses for oncology drug, including population pharmacokinetics, and physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Houston and has held progressive academic roles, including full professorship at Jordan University of Science and Technology. Her research spans cardiovascular, neuropharmacology, and oncology, contributing to over 65 peer-reviewed publications. She is actively involved in international collaborations, mentoring programs, and regulatory-aligned pharmacometrics modeling efforts. Recognized for her excellence in research and education, Dr. Rababa’h was awarded the Distinguished Arab Researcher Award in Medical Sciences by the Association of Arab Universities. She has also served on review committees, judged national conferences, and participated in initiatives that promote diversity in science.
Dr. Rababa’h brings a global perspective and cross-sector experience—from academia to industry and regulatory collaboration. She is passionate about using data-driven approaches to optimize dose selection, enhance precision medicine, and accelerate clinical development.
