Peirung Huang is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences at Purdue University working under the supervision of Drs. James Tisdale and Sara Quinney. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Incarnate Word and Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on CYP3A and OATP1B1-mediated drug disposition in pediatric patients with Fontan circulation and physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modeling. She has internship experiences in Clinical Pharmacology at the Food and Drug Administration.
