Chandrali Bhattacharya is a drug development scientist with experience in Clinical Pharmacology and modeling and simulation. She holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences from Purdue University, USA, where her thesis focused on using translational population and physiological based modeling approaches to predict disposition of drugs in human brain. Since 2020, Chandrali has been at AstraZeneca's Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism group in Gaithersburg, USA. She has contributed to clinical studies of candidate drugs including, human mass balance, organ impairment (renal, hepatic), drug-drug interaction studies, etc, and also has published her work in peer-reviewed journals.
