Mari Cayabyab is a clinical pharmacy specialist with a focus on pharmacogenomics at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She trained at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) for her Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) and her post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics. In her current role, she consults with patients and providers on pharmacogenomic results. She is also involved with clinician education and pharmacogenomic implementation, with the goal of expanding pharmacogenomic services throughout the Penn Medicine health system.
